FTS Recovery Acquires National Insolvency Firm FA Simms

FTS Recovery has today announced it has acquired the well-respected national insolvency firm FA Simms, adding a number of offices across the country.

FA Simms, similar to FTS Recovery, works closely with directors to offer restructuring and insolvency services, primarily to the corporate market.

FTS Recovery Director and Head of Recovery Marco Piacquadio, said: “We are very excited to welcome Richard and the wider team to our corporate family.

The acquisition sees FTS Recovery add to their national presence by taking on all the FA Simms locations including: Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Kent, Leeds, London, Leicestershire, Manchester, Norwich, Oxford and Reading. FTS Recovery also acquires the FA Simms’ brand and its strong digital marketing footprint including its various websites.

FA Simms was established in 1978 by Frank Simms and has latterly been led by Managing Director Richard Simms, who also now joins FTS Recovery.
