This policy is implemented in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010 (the “Bribery Act”). It applies to all individuals working with FTS Recovery Limited, including directors, managers, employees (whether permanent, fixed-term or temporary); as well as consultants, contractors and agents, or any other person connected to FTS Recovery Limited located in the UK and abroad.

The Directors of FTS Recovery Limited will monitor the effectiveness and review the implementation of this policy regularly, considering its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. Any amendments to the policy following the review will be notified to the whole team after they are made.
