FTS helped the board of a motor sales operating and property company to free itself of historic debt, which had been caused over time by difficult trading conditions.

We were able to do this by leveraging our wide contact base of investors and raising more than £1.5million through a property company transaction.

This transaction helped to enable the purchase of the business and assets of the operating company through an insolvency process. As a result, the board were able to avoid the risk of creditor-led winding up and loss of control. It also meant that value to creditors was maximised and offered the owners a solution to what initially seemed to be an impossible and very stressful situation.
