FTS Recovery has given me the chance to work closely with Marco and Alan in developing our Milton Keynes and London locations.
Personally, my experience covers all areas of insolvency, from substantial administration appointments to bankruptcies and individual voluntary arrangements. It’s equipped me with the capability to approach each case with a compassionate and empathetic mindset.
These attributes are essential when working closely with a client on a business rescue – an outcome we try to achieve in as many cases as possible. Notably, I’ve been involved in the trading administration of a drug development entity that saw a return to solvency following a 12-month period of trading in administration.
I also have a wide range of experience in contentious insolvency and with one example being an administration of a high-end car dealership which included significant overseas litigation.
My other notable cases include the pre-packaged sales of two renowned high-street fashion retailers known for their global franchise presence, and a high-end fashion retailer that has provided wardrobe solutions for Royalty and former First Ladies.
The journey to becoming a qualified Personal Insolvency Practitioner has been both challenging and fulfilling. I look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and companies we work with whilst also studying for the JIEB Corporate Insolvency qualification.
