Jordan has significant experience working on trading administrations, non-trading administrations and pre-pack administrations as well as a wide range of experience dealing with solvent and insolvent liquidations, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcies and individual voluntary arrangements.
Notable experience includes working on the pre-packaged sales of two well-known high-street fashion retailers with a global franchise presence, a pre-packaged sale of a high-end fashion retailer that provided garments for Royalty and former First Ladies, a substantial contentious administration of a high-end car dealership which included significant overseas litigation and a trading administration of a drug development entity that saw a return to solvency following a 12 month period of trading in administration.
