I remember my first appointment like it was yesterday.
I was due to complete the sale of the business and assets of a pub-restaurant on the King’s Road in London, and save some 22 jobs. At the 11th hour, the intended purchaser sought to change the terms in their favour.
After liaising with my instructed lawyers, we decided to call their bluff and head home for the weekend. The deal completed on the Monday morning. Under the original terms.
That pub-restaurant remains open to this day as a favourite haunt for many fans of Chelsea Football Club, pre-kick off. And I still fight just as hard for my clients. That’s what FTS Recovery is about.
